VMC1100 vertical machining center adopts the structure of vertical frame layout, column is fixed on the bed, spindle box moves up and down along the column (Z direction), slide moves longitudinally along the bed (Y direction), and table moves transversely along the slide (X direction). The bed, table, slide, column, spindle box and other large parts are made of high-strength cast iron, these large parts use three-dimensional computer software to assist the optimization of the design, reasonable arrangement of the fascia, with a perfect heat treatment process to eliminate the residual stress, to ensure that the whole machine has sufficient strength, rigidity and high stability.
