How to use TCK50A?

Adopting high-precision triple-end gear locking, with large locking force and high precision.
Bidirectional transposition, can be any knife near the knife selection, high efficiency of tool change
The knife plate can be loosened, indexed and locked without lifting.
Compact and reasonable structure, stable performance, high cost performance
Adopting imported proximity switch, fast sensing the signal of knife change.

Servo motor drives the cutter plate to select the knife quickly in both directions, with high efficiency of operating the knife.
Adopting high-precision triple-end gear locking, with large locking force and high cleanliness.
The oil pressure within the locking force can be used to pin the gear disk and thus has the reliability.
Realize turning, iron drilling and machining in one by the rate of moving tool force.
Axial, longitudinal and special fixed degree processing is possible through the power tool holder.

Mechanical Spindles

High speed, high precision, high rigidity spindle.
High speed - Adopting high speed. Precision paired bearings, rigid or elastic preload structure, can obtain a high speed, so that the tool to play the best cutting effect.
High Precision bearings coupled with high precision parts manufacturing are sufficient to ensure that the longitudinal runout of the 7:24 taper hole to the mounting surface is within 0.005NM.
High Efficiency - The ability to change the speed in a continuous fine-tuning manner allows timely control of the cutting speed during the entire machining process to maximize the machining efficiency.

Chuck

Patented product, cylindrical form of connection.
The chuck is easily installed, and the connection method follows industry standards; it is simply equipped with a flange consistent with the chuck, without changes in the machine structure; similar to the connection method of general mechanical chuck, the specific installation method refers to installation instructions.
The chuck is a built-in cylinder with large clamping force, good sealing, high precision, safety and reliability, nice economical and practical applicability and long service life, and it can be suitable for processing disc, short-shaft, gear parts and large bulk of products.

Two kinds of tailstock optional

Manual tailstock Hydraulic tailstock

The tailstock is supported by linear guideway and automatically clamped by specialized clamp. The tailstock has high rigidity, stable precision, easy and flexible manual operation, which greatly improves the machining efficiency, and can be applied to heavy cutting and high-precision machining needs.

The tailstock is driven by servo motor to move and tighten the tailstock, realizing tailstock automation and intelligence, improving machining efficiency and operation simplicity. The tailstock stroke and tailstock thrust can be set in the CNC interface, which is suitable for unmanned machining on various occasions.
The tailstock spindle can be equipped with a built-in dead center (MT.4)according to customer requirements.
The tailstock spindle rotates with bearing support.

GSK988TA turning center CNC system

GSK988TA turning center CNC system adopts GSKLink industrial Ethernet bus technology and is adapted to GR-L series servo devices. It supports online servo debugging and can be connected with scale,magnetoresistive/magnetic encoder and angle encoder to realize full closed-loop control of feed axes and high-precision CS-axis control. It meets the needs of high-precision and high-efficiency machining of medium and high-grade turning centers.
